Return and Refund Policy:
All standard products come with a 30-day, money-back guarantee for new and unopened products based on the delivery date as provided by the shipper. To receive a refund or to return products please fill the form below. For all products in excess of 30 days are considered final.
Did not receive the parcel:
After review, we will reissue you immediately if confirmed. If you do not want to reissue, only need a refund, we will charge 7 GBP/order shipping fee and 1 GBP/Product operating fee.
Exchange Policy:
If any products arrive damaged, broken or part of your order is missing. You must notify the Company within 3 days of delivery.
